Eric Taube practiced in the area of complex business litigation, commercial bankruptcy litigation, fiduciary litigation, corporate and partnership disputes, securities litigation, real estate disputes and entitlement matters for over 40 years. He was recognized by Chambers for Bankruptcy, Texas Monthly (Top 50 lawyers in Central Texas), Best Lawyers (Lawyer of the Year (Austin), Real Estate Litigation, Bankruptcy, Bet The Company Litigation, Securities Litigation) and Austin Business Journal (Top 10 Litigators) among other honors.
